Shipping info, policies and FAQs


The Carte Postale tarot decks are shipped from EU.

We strive to keep our shipping rates as low as possible, implementing flat rate of 16.90€ on all orders inside EU and outside alike and it stays the same however many decks is purchased at one time.


We will make sure the decks are packaged very securely and will arrive in a pristine state. Please make sure to check the box immediately upon receiving and in case of any damages take photos, contact your post office (they, too, are liable for handling integrity) and send us an e-mail. We will sort this out for you and with you.

Orders are shipped as International Registered Parcel. This offers tracking and approximately 7-20 days in transit, depending on your location.

We are not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs/etc charges you may incur.
Please note that all orders are subject to the receiving country’s import fees, duty, taxes and/or brokerage fees. These funds are not included in your purchase, rather they are paid to and set by your home country’s government as per import/export regulations and charged usually by your local postal carrier.

We do not refund postage for unclaimed or undelivered packages. If a package is returned as undeliverable/unclaimed, it is the customers responsibility to follow up with the postal carrier.


All “SECONDS SALE” items, discontinued items or items that have had any kind of customization or are stated as having some flaws are “as is” and Final Sale.


Shipping is flat rate of 16.90€ no matter how many items is bought.  All purchases over 100€ – choose the free shipping option that will appear for you in the shopping cart and the shipping is free for you. This applies for the curiosities shop only and not for the Carte Postale tarot decks, sorry but we are keeping them separate for now, for easier book keeping. So sorry if this is creating any inconveniences for you. And thank you for understanding.  


At this point in time we are not shipping to addresses in: Russian Federation, China, Hong Kong, Viet Nam nor Nigeria. Sorry. In case of purchases made, set out to an address located in any of the aforementioned countries, we will return the payment.
We will hold and exercise the right to decline a purchase and return the payment in case of suspect transaction.


Returns are accepted within 14 days of item receipt. Items must be in unused condition and photos must be sent to us prior returning.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If something is incorrect with the order, let us know asap and we’ll work out the solutions to fix it.

A few common sense guidelines to ensure you receive a full refund for returns or exchanges:
When re-packaging your item for the return you may re-use the same packaging and box the item arrived to you in.  It’s best not to use only an envelope (even a padded one) as it is likely to arrive back damaged in transit and will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Please ship returns via similarly traceable shipping service option as you received the item(s).
Be sure to include a copy of your original order info in the package, or something with your name and what you would like us to do with your item (ie: return or exchange).  Please include your name inside the box.  If you do not include your name or info, we won’t know who the package came from and can not issue your refund.  

We will refund the order, minus shipping charges, once the item arrives in a condition it arrived to you. If an item is received and is not in the same condition as you received it, the cost of the item will not be refunded.  


Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of item receipt. Exchanges are held to the same standard as Returns. Items must arrive in completely unused and/or resalable condition. If an item is received and is damaged or otherwise not in resalable condition, the cost of the item will not be refunded and will be returned at the customers expense.

If anything else goes wrong let us know right away so we can make things right. We want you to be happy with your purchase!


Q:  I have seen that the Carte Postale tarot deck has an extra card or a special pouch that is not present in my deck, why? 
A: The extra card “The Bubble” and the linen pouch with Carte Postale stamp logo were available only during the pre-ordering phase. 

Q: Why are the edges of the deck not gilded?
A: It’s because I wanted the deck to be most close to the actual vintage postcards, having a soft finish and natural edges that, ideally, will age in time to look old.. If you want, you can edge the cards yourself ( I do not recommend strong or dark colors though).

Q: Why is there no mention anywhere on the box etc about the creator?
A: It’s because I do not want any fame, I have no interest in being known. I just want to make tarot decks I have dreamed of making and that people will love and use them.
My name is irrelevant in the process- I have no plans to build a reputation and business based on my name.
